South Africa kept chipping away to storm back into the contest.

Babar Azam however made 94 as Pakistan went on to post 320/7 in the series decider.

Janneman Malan and Aiden Markram gave South Africa a strong start in the chase.

Pakistan fought back with quick wickets after the powerplay.

Nawaz then picked up three wickets in the middle overs to break South Africa.

Verreynne struck a fighting fifty alongside Phehlukwayo to keep South African hopes alive.

Once the century stand came to an end, Pakistan sealed the win to clinch the series 2-1.
